The Ben Garner Active Adult Community is a new 14 single-family home community on the western side of the Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland. It is in Solomons Town Center, a community of fine restaurants, museums, concerts, festivals, sporting events, sailing regattas and other cultural events. Paul and Sally Celmer, developers, were first enchanted by this area in 1982 and have lived here ever since. They are active adults themselves who have a dream to create a unique, small community of homes within easy reach of the Bay which have charm, style and comfort, and those extra touches that will make this a special place.

Sally grew up in Warwickshire, England. Sally and Paul have owned a home in Devonshire for several years. Together they are creating a taste of England in Southern Maryland. Built around Windrush Court, Badger’s Lane and Scholar’s Lane are fourteen lots ranging in size from approximately 1/4 to 1/2 acre. There are nine lovely models to choose from, “not-so-standard” features and amenities including a Clubhouse with fitness center and indoor pool, open areas with walkways and one outdoor swimming pool and Spa.
